the location was okay for my purposes. the check in and check out process was easy and without much interaction.
I was quite let down by the condition of the room. the bed was uncomfortable. I could feel every spring. the pillows provided were also flat as pancakes.

i found the staff responded quickly to my inquiries regarding city attractions and transportation. the location was convenient, with easy access to buses and trams. i appreciated the proximity to a lovely park (perfect for a morning stroll).
the television in my room was quite small and mounted high, made viewing a bit difficult.

Soft, fluffy towels were a nice touch, and I found them clean and a good size. The beds were indeed comfortable, and all the necessities were thoughtfully supplied. Pre-arrival communication was detailed with clear instructions on accessing the key.
I noticed the shower rail was hanging off. this didn't really bother me much.

the room had a definite musty odor, and frankly, it wasn't that clean. i spotted some hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. also, the tv was tiny and placed way too high on the wall. watching it gave me a literal neck ache after only a few minutes.
